Door Screen and Large Fixed Screens Installation Project in Chislehurst

In Chislehurst, Lightfoot Windows completed a door screen and large fixed screens installation using Crittall Corporate® W20. The scheme was specified in RAL 7021, giving the steelwork a deep, architectural finish that frames the glazing cleanly and helps the screens read as a single, purposeful elevation.

Crittall’s Corporate W20® system is designed for external applications and is built around slim frames that increase light transfer and create a stronger sense of space. For day-to-day performance, the range includes double weather-stripping to improve insulation and help prevent heat loss, plus a multipoint locking system for robust security.

On this project, the combination of a door screen with large fixed panels creates a strong, consistent grid across the opening—balancing functionality with the refined steel look Crittall is known for. Corporate W20® is also designed with design flexibility, including bespoke colour options and configurations, allowing the finish and layout to be aligned with the wider architectural intent of the refurbishment.
