LEADED LIGHTS

Single glazed Traditional Lead Lights have been used in the glazing of all types of windows for hundreds of years and were used with many original Crittall Steel Windows. These days we can accurately match the look of any Traditional Lead Light with our double glazed leaded light replacement Crittall Steel Window.

The lead is applied to both surfaces of the outer pane of glass then blackened down and all joints are soldered to give that detailed Traditional Lead Light look. Rectangular and diamond designs can easily be replicated, we can match almost any existing design. Our double glazed Lead Light Crittall Steel Window system has been a major success with all of our clients and has been used in many Conservation Areas and Listed Buildings due to is near perfect match to the original windows.

These windows are also still available for single glazing but you will require dispensation form your local Building Control to use them.
